Position Purpose:

  • Supportscrum team(s) in delivery of sprint goals and iterative delivery of softwaresolutions that deliver business value.
  • Partner withthe product owner to support product backlog definition / refinement /prioritization to feed sprints.
  • Proactivelyeliminate barriers, coach team members on best practices and run scrumceremonies.

Position Responsibilities:

• Functions asa servant leader, by teaching, mentoring, coaching and facilitating the agile mindset.Uses knowledge of supporting agile frameworks to drive continuous improvement.

  • The right candidate will be aleader/mentor to multiple small development teams who work in solving complexproblems through rapid prototyping with a Human Centered Design approach.
  • Facilitatesteam's progress toward the goal and commitments through improvement in quality,predictability, flow and velocity.
  • Facilitatesceremonies including daily stand ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, teamdemos & retrospectives. Attends Scrum of Scrums.
  • Focuses onimproving team dynamics, performance & management of conflicts all thewhile exhibiting lean, agile and Scrum principles in all actions.
  • Supports& coaches the Product Owner, builds collaborative relationships and iseffective in the role as well as communicates extensively with the globalcommunity, identifies and removes impediments while maintaining a healthy andtransparent relationship.
  • Facilitatespreparation and readiness for ART ceremonies and supports the team and ARTestimate, helps coordinate with the other teams on the Agile Release Train.



Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalentexperience. 3+ years of experience on a product development team usingagile/scrum.
Nice toHave: Experience working in a heavily regulated industry. Experience withcollaboration software tools, ideally Miro
License/Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
