Position Purpose: Serve as the single point of contact for assigned Medical Director's Office (MDO) for account management activities

  • Maintain and expand strong relationships with MDO and serve as the point of contact for account management activities
  • Assess and maintain client satisfaction by implementing action plans to maintain high levels of quality service, as directed by manager.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify, investigate, and mitigate resolutions to MDO inquiries
  • Support sales with market analysis, competitor analysis and other business development activities using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business, as needed.
  • Assist with sales meetings with prospective MDOs utilizing prescriber data for new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate identified training opportunities for the sales and operations department.

  • Qualifications:

    Education/Experience: Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of medical billing, insurance verification or account management experience. Advanced customer service skills preferred. ScriptMed experience required.
